There are two places the washer could be.

It could be a font loader beside the sink on the right. It would all be plumbed underneath.

There could also be an internal washing machine and dryer in the large two door tall cabinet. I do alot of conceled laundrys.

Some of you might say there isnt enough depth, but there is a 550deep front loader available and you can also get the deeper ones in by allowing a step back in the wall behind. I have also seen this done alot. Cant tell from the front, but it gives you the depth required.
