It depends on the type of marble, slab size, availability, treatment applied (i.e honed etc...) You need to see a stonemason about this if you want an accurate guage of price. I know-my dinner table is marble and my benchtops are granite and the staining on the marble is 100000 billion times worse than the granite. I was horrified at how easily my dining table stained and it is worth thousands of dollars. Trust me you will regret it. It breaks my heart to look at my dining table and fills me with relief when i look at my granite benchtops and think how we wanted marble originally. Moved In!!! Next up Landscaping!
