I really like the idea of a dynamic countertop which ages, imperfections, stains and all. Anything to keep in mind about them? As for copper, I've worked with copper for jewellery before, and my assumpton is because you are constantly cleaning it, it wouldn't age that much. The edges may do because they don't tend to get wiped down as often, but I'm sure the top would stay quite bright. It will definitely get some dings in it because it is such a soft metal. I would suggest anyone who does s/s would also be able to do copper, or more versatile meatl workers who also work with aluminium, etc. I'd be interested to see the finished product and how it stands up to time.
