Browse Forums Kitchen Corner 1 Apr 08, 2010 11:51 pm Hi all, I'm new to this forum so this is my first question!! We're about to do our colour selections and would like a neutral, warm, family home this time, (last house was all white!) so for the kitchen we're thinking of having "Osprey" Caesar Stone benchtops with "Licorice Linear" on the lower cupboards and "Pumice" on the overheads. Any chance anyone has seen this kind of combo or better still could post a pic of it?? Our builder has also told us we can have it in the new Silk Finish Laminex too, so was wondering what your thoughts are on this shiny look laminex for these colours too? Oh, and the flooring we are having is a light, warm timber look by Karndean flooring called Spring Oak. So would the Licorice Linear clash with this or is it ok these days?? Thanks for any help/advice, and pics would be awesome!! Thanks!! Re: Licorice Linear and Pumice for 2 toned kitchen?? 2Apr 09, 2010 6:11 pm I think that would go. I have dark cupboards, with pumice overheads and jarrah flooboards. Benchtop is laminex diamondgloss toffee mineralstone. I would have preferred my cupboards to be a darker brown, probably bordering on charcoal now that I think about it, so I think yours would look lovely. I recently went through a similar renovation and move scenario when updating our family home. We also swapped some rooms around and tackled a major… 2 10048 No. It's not original. Circa early to mid 90s would be my guess and maybe even as late as early 2000s 1 6634 2 4684 |
