It's the worst cupboard finish. I had it in my last house & the edges were all peeling off within 3 years. It is a downgrade from virtually anything else. It looks good until the guarantee runs out, then it's downhill double-quick time. I think vinyl wrap has come a long way in recent years, and that perhaps what you had back then is inferior to how they can do it now. My uncle owns a kitchen place and has designed ours... He said they charge roughly 20% more for gloss compared to matt and that your Polar white is one of the more common colours - not your most expensive!! We have chosen that colour as well but went with Matt finish.. Vinyl wrap is a much better product than Laminex you avoid the ugly joins!!
