I wouldn't expect to fetch a great deal of money from it, but anything is better than paying your demolition guys to take it away and sell it for themselves Just be sure to add in your ad that it is the buyer's responsibility to deal with removal and pickup otherwise you might find yourself with a lot of work to do! It was in ok condition (not great)... I would have been happy to get a couple of hundred but $690 was a nice suprise!!
