Browse Forums Kitchen Corner 1 Mar 02, 2010 9:57 pm Hi all, I am new to this forum and need lots of help. We are currently in the process of building our new home. I really need to know if anyone out there can tell me which is whiter. Osprey or ice snow in caesarstone?? would really appreciate your help. I need a vinyl wrap door colour to match. The whiter the better...... thanks KT KT Re: osprey or ice snow caesarstone benchtop??-which one is w 2Mar 02, 2010 10:04 pm My sister has ice snow and it is a really clean white finish, we are getting Osprey which is slightly greyer/creamier with a very fine speckle through it. If you can get to any of the larger kitchen display centres then they will have some samples that you will be able to compare. Not sure on the vinyl wrap door colour - sorry! Good luck with your decisions Mel - jumping in feet first to my first owner build!! Snow white is definitely whiter than Osprey which has a warmish appearance to it. There is also a colour called called Ice Snow which is slightly grey in appearance and has smallish stones in it. However if you want white white then there is a colour called Pure White. However this is in the premium range and will be more expensive than Snow White which is deluxe and Osprey which is standard. We are choosing Osprey as we love the warmish appearance with the fine stones. I now think I might upgrade to snow which is whiter. I have seen this on a large kitchen bench and I really like it. does anyone know around about how much an upgrade from standard to deluxe would be?? KT Hi Courtney The mitred edges are glued up with epoxy so those little holes and gaps are areas that weren't filled correctly.
