Browse Forums Kitchen Corner 1 Feb 07, 2010 9:00 pm We're stuck! We are going for a crisp, clean and modern look to our new build but with out looking like an office kitchen Currently we are thinking of a white floor tile Silver Strata bottom cupboards and draws Warm white upper cupboards Whitish (sorry I forgot the name) Caeserstone bench tops but we cant agree on a splash back colour. Firstly, we were thinking of a dark blue, but a 'friend' has made us question our choice and we want to make sure it works. The other option would be for a champaign colour. Has anyone chosen similar to us? Im thinking the splashback is the opportunity to be bold and would like a nice rich colour without over powering the rest of the room. Most of the displays we have seen has had the splashback a fairly neutral colour Any tips or suggestions? Re: Colour Help Needed 2Feb 07, 2010 9:12 pm I have some champagne coloured cupboards, it's a lovely colour but quite soft. Have a look through this thread, lots of splashbacks here. With silver cupboards on the bottom I think a dark blue would be nice. viewtopic.php?f=16&t=13838&p=165236&hilit=show+me+your+kitchen#p165236 Re: Colour Help Needed 4Feb 09, 2010 1:09 pm I nearly went with a blue splashback, but changed my mind at the last minute.
