I was going to suggest to have a look at this ^ that was a very clever idea thumper Re: different power points 6Jan 07, 2010 1:35 pm Thumper - just been admiring your kitchen in the "show me your kitchen" thread. Great job, luv it The powerpoint you used looks very sleek. I couldn't see the on/off switch on it though, is it hiding somewhere Re: different power points 7Jan 07, 2010 2:09 pm hi kazza...the powerpoint switch is inside the cupboard underneath the sink, the electrican ran it behind the cupboards so its a double powerpoint 1 for powerboard and 1 for dishwasher,so basically its alway on, unless i manually turn it off in the cupboard Re: different power points 8Jan 07, 2010 7:29 pm Thumper- I just adore your kitchen. Love your clever power points. Wish i had have put one in my island above one of my drawers. We ended up with waterfall sides and i didnt want a powerpoint sticking out. I'll keep the idea in mind for my next reno. Re: different power points 9Jan 07, 2010 11:45 pm thanks for replies so far jodge-Lshape bench 4.5m x2.5m. On the 2.5m end wall is where hot plate will be and on the end of 4.5m is cupboard which is for toaster/kettle. I want the sink sort of next to this and dishwasher underneath because this is the closest end to dining area .shall do a sketch for ya thumper- nice kitchen, like your island setup but not sure if i like leads hanging over front of bench, i would be worried about little kids pulling these and what they are attached to onto themselves If you're referring to Eufy homebase, then just put a switch between a datapoint and put the homebase elsewhere near another device in your home unless you want teh… 9 13864 yep you need a joint, foam is easiest, will look fine once rendered with a joint. 2 5243 Hi, have purchased a house with 2 single garage doors. The Centre pillar one side sits proud to the other. Can I change 2 doors into one. Please see picture. 0 6357 |
