Thanks! and bugger, had a look at their brochure and it's just my type of furniture. Gorgeous.
.................but not your type of price ???
I know that one
This was my first choice in stools (photo taken from PD display) but I have been unable to find some at a "decent" price. I was also a bit worried about the upholstered tops and my 5yo boy getting along
I opted for no backs as I wanted the stools to sit under the bench and not be so noticeable (IYKWIM). They are really comfy too, the kids love them and better still I just wipe them over with a soapy cloth!
We are building a contemporary style home and I managed to pick these stools up off Ebay for $200 for the 4. (They were originally from Freedom)
Hi HTB, where did you end up finding these? i love them!
Hi House to Be,
Please share where you got the stools I love them. Your Kitchen is stunning!!
Yes, come one , we neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed to KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I finally picked up mine, bought off ebay for $70 each. They're more for a bar rather than a kitchen but "what the hay", I couldn't resist
Wow they are really NICE!, very comfy looking, more so than a stool...beautiful. Good price too...I love ebay.
Very nice Southies. Ebay is my favourite shop
Jess09, Cara&Heng and themax, I actually got them from a little furniture shop near by sister's house in Croydon. I did see these ones which are almost identical in Richmond

These are my stools. I like stools that have a back for comfort. I bought them from Crazy Deals.
They are really comfortable and just wipe clean. I think they come in white as well.

These are Campanna bar stool in European Oak from Ozdesign. They've just landed in store and I am waiting to collect my order of 3 stools (someone bought out my local store's first order of 12
). $115 each IIRC.

ETA: Hmmm got this message "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached"
no pics from me!
Let me try for you, Kelly:
There you go!!!!
These are ours....we don't have a kitchen yet but they were on sale!!!
I have something specific in mind, but haven't found it yet.... Chocolate leather, dark wood, with a back on them. Something like these, from a PD display (over on the left-hand side of the pic):
If I don't find them soon, I'm going to get something like HTB's. I saw them at a place near here, not quite so cheap though.
The old stools we have are going out to the alfresco room, for the bar we don't have yet.
oooohhh how I LOVE that whole room above. It's sssoooooooooo ME!

Kek, are the ones you like similar to Salt and Peppers? I saw some very similar at Suite Deals a few months ago. Nott saw some like mine at Greensborough for $69 (which is the same price as the store in Richmond and possibly the same stools). Where did you see the other ones?
I picked up a hall table similar to the one in Kek's pic. I need to sand it back (hoping Santa will bring me a Mouse Sander
) re-stain it and will put it outside my bedroom. It was $22.38 on ebay
http://www.kendallfurniture.com.au/html ... e/home.aspCheck out this link. Lots to pick from here.
I particularly like the windsor swivel stool. I saw some similar, (in black) if not the same at E & S Trading at Essendon Airport DFO a few weeks ago and they were so comfy. They were their as display for their kitchens, so not for sale.
