Browse Forums Kitchen Corner 1 Oct 26, 2009 9:22 am We just ordered one of these. They had the underbench ones on sale and when I was telling the lady at the shop that we are currently in a rental, but we want to be able to take it with us when we leave and put it in our new house when we build, the topic of intergrated ones came up. I liked the idea, but decided to just buy the underbench one as we will still be here for a year, and wanted the panel to come with it. It's on it's way to us as we speak and I just realised that she has actually ordered the semi intergrated one. It's not that big a deal as I can now just ask the cabinet maker to make a panel for it, but what do I do in the mean time??. Can I still use it without the panel and how bad will it look?? If I buy a stainless panel from Miele, can I change it later when we move into our house?? the Miele site doesn't show it without the panel, so I have no idea what it looks like underneath. TIA Re: Miele semi-integrated dishwasher and the front panel? 2Oct 26, 2009 9:39 am We have a semi-integrated dishwasher but not a Miele. Underneath ours is just another metal/plastic panel but not all one colour. Ours actually came with the stainless steel front panel so you may be lucky and it will come with one?! Re: Miele semi-integrated dishwasher and the front panel? 3Oct 26, 2009 11:08 am Have you emailed Miele about it? Re: Miele semi-integrated dishwasher and the front panel? 4Oct 26, 2009 11:23 am Hi Rizzo....I have this dishwasher it's great. Now if I remember rightly I thought it had some sort of panel on the front, thought it was SS ....and then we had the panel made when the kitchen cupboards were done. Re: Miele semi-integrated dishwasher and the front panel? 5Oct 26, 2009 1:58 pm Yes, you can just the panel from miele (mode no. GFV60/57-1) and put it on for the mean time. You can take it off later and replace it with a panel from your cabinet maker. If you dont care about the colour of the temporary panel, you can just buy a white laminate kitchen door from ikea (size 60 x 57cm) for about $15 - $20 and it 'll fit too, instead of spending $269 on a stainless steel panel from miele that you're going to chuck out later. 2 2529 Hi I live in a 100yr old semi and my neighbour added an additional floor last yr and our architect has advised that we can knock down our semi and build a free-standing… 0 37723 Hi, Seeking volume or semi-custom builder in victoria(east), which have existing double story wide floor plans.
