I also really love that metallic tile splashback but (in my personal and very inexpert opinion) I would not put black/silver tiles with my brown tiles - if you could find something a little more browny, I think it would look stunning. But that is entirely just me and what I would do. Because having said that, the example splashback picture appears to have a browny benchtop (unless that's just my monitor) - do you like the two together in the pic? MagicJ I finally have my own reno thread: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=28335 The reason a dog has so many friends is that he wags his tail instead of his tongue! Re: Kitchen colours and tile HELP! 3Oct 23, 2009 10:09 pm I like that first pic you posted. I think all your colours will be great together but i wouldn't choose such a dark splashback tile. I'd go for a lighter colour with the darker benchtop but thats my personal taste. I agree with you MJ about the browny colour splashback, if I could find similar tiles to those in the pic but in brown I'd be a happy girl Caz & Co ALL MOVED IN!! I don't think Cashmere is really "dark" anyway. I'd keep the floor tiles lighter, or at least not darker then the Cashmere. Otherwise the space to feel smallish. I love those tiles too! Would be a great a feature. Fingers crossed there is some close to it at the Gallery. I went to the "Leon" display at clyde on the weekend, and the tiles in the bathroom/laundry where a mushroom grey with bronze and brown specs through them, they were STUNNING. Happy to go back this weekend if I can lose my children, if you wanna come see! ~W~ Building our forever home - Lilium Estate Clyde - Land due May 2019 Built our first home - Pakenham - 2011 Re: Kitchen colours and tile HELP! 7Oct 26, 2009 12:10 pm SuH There is a bronze/rust coloured tile in that metallic range. ooh is there?? do you know the name of the range, or can point me to a website? thanks!!
