Browse Forums Kitchen Corner 1 Oct 22, 2009 12:28 pm Hi. Newbie here. We are doing the above mentioned rooms in the house. I have decided to go for white cabinets (semi gloss) for kitchen, bathroom and laundry and with a 'snow white' or 'nougat' caeserstone benchtop on all rooms. My question is, is it too much to put the same colour stone on all 3 rooms (fairly small rooms as it is). Just to give you a rough idea on the rooms: In the Kitchen we will have floorboards (a 30 year old house, floors will be polished), in the bathroom we need tiling, am considering on glossy white tiles on the wall and a coffee colour tile for the floor, with some sort of a mosaic feature in the shower? not sure yet, than again, I don't really want white tiles in the shower bit .... mmmm In the laundry I am considering grey tiles on the floor. In the toilet I guess I will put same tile as the bathroom as they are next door to each other? Decisions, decisions! I am leaving to go overseas in a week and I need to finalise what colours I want! Haven't even thought about paint! Re: Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry and Toilet 2Oct 22, 2009 4:51 pm I personally like the look of all the same stone/cabinets. Would you consider accessing the separate toilet from the laundry? If so maybe… 1 11228 I recently went through a similar renovation and move scenario when updating our family home.
