Re: Cleaning chrome tapware 2Oct 08, 2009 11:09 am kiarabuild Can anybody reccomend any cleaning products for chrome tapware so they don't look so dull? Hi Kiara Just some glass cleaner on a good paper towel does the trick for me and they look shiny . Saw the pic you posted of your home ....mmm....very nice. We moved into our Retreat by Plant*tion home about 2 months ago and thats what i have been using on the taps in the bathroom & ensuite . I have noticed that even just wiping them with a damp paper towel brings the shine .......most of the time i try to steer away from chemicals and dont use any harsh chemicals/cleaners ...... Just my opinion though Re: Cleaning chrome tapware 3Oct 08, 2009 11:23 am Thanks curious I will definetly try the glass cleaner method and stay away from the harsh chemicals. BTW congratulations on moving into your new home. I really love the Retreat but our land was just not big enough.lol. I think a couple of retrreat houses are near completion stage on this forum. We can't wait to move into our new house. Re: Cleaning chrome tapware 5Oct 08, 2009 7:47 pm White vinegar also works a treat.
