Browse Forums Kitchen Corner 1 Oct 05, 2009 9:16 am Hi guys, Our kitchen guru has come out and taken a look at the new place and recommended an undermount sink as my OH wants a high sink mixer, which apparently has more leverage and can work loose when set into a stainless steel sink. With an undermount, (which I love), the mixer is set into the stone benchtop = no working loose. My wife is concerned about keeping the sink clean at the join and chipping things when taking them out of/putting them into the sink. How are people finding the undermount sinks? I've emailed her some photos of sinks where they have the sink mixer mounted on the bench, but it's not undermounted, (neverfinished's sink comes to mind).
