Browse Forums Kitchen Corner 1 Sep 26, 2009 9:29 pm Just wondering if anyone has chosen a DUAL lever gooseneck mixer instead of a single lever version. I have never owned a mixer tap before and often "do battle" with them when I encounter them. I thought the Dual version might be a different option. Any thoughts or ideas would be welcome. Re: Anyone used a Dual Lever Gooseneck Mixer 2Sep 29, 2009 3:49 pm I'm having lots of fun working out which sink I want because I HAAATTTEEE mixer taps!! I too seem to do battle with them ... spurt water all over myself, too hot, never real cold ... so I refuse to have them in my house!!! I'm looking at the Dorf El Toro lever taps for the kitchen ... I had to have a twinner for the "WC" because of space/vanity restrictions (CB Ideal- roulette twinner). So relieved I'm not the only one who doesn't want a mixer tap .. perhaps some of the sink companies might find more than two people too! Re: Anyone used a Dual Lever Gooseneck Mixer 3Sep 29, 2009 4:43 pm Sometimes I think I need a note pinned on me as I leave the supermarket restrooms "No - I didn't wet my pants" as I always lift the lever too high sending water everywhere. I was wondering if the Dorf Kytin Double Lever Mixer (or similiar in different brand) would solve this. Plus if I just wanted a drink of cold water, I wouldn't have to move the lever back to the cold position all the time as you would do with the single lever versions. I can't seem to find many double levers on the market, or anyone who has used one to ask their opinion on them.
