In the end my cabinet maker only gave me Laminex to choose from. It might be a good thing I don't have choice as I am having enough trouble choosing colour - let alone add choosing a brand into the mix. I was worried about the fact that I only had Laminex as I didn't like the 'natural finish' it this brand. But now I have decided to go Diamond Gloss feeling better about it (I think ) . Re: Kitchen Benchtop Laminates 4Sep 29, 2009 9:41 am The reason we chose laminex and formica is because that was what our builder said to choose from, any other brands, and we would have to pay extra. I think they are both under the same company, same with essa stone, so the builder must get a better deal through them. Hi Courtney The mitred edges are glued up with epoxy so those little holes and gaps are areas that weren't filled correctly. Silicone is the wrong product to fill them… 2 12929 No. It's not original. Circa early to mid 90s would be my guess and maybe even as late as early 2000s 1 6636 2 4688 |
