Zesta or Freedom kitchens - Feedback?

Has anyone used Zesta or Freedom for a new kitchen? Would love any feedback. Cheers!
I haven't used either but I know some friends of ours used Freedom and they weren't very impressed with their service...
We met with Freedom at the Sydney home show and organised with them to give us a call in a month to arrange for one of their kitchen designers to come out......that was in May, still waiting for the call.
Hmmm, a Freedom Designer is meant to be coming over on Monday. Let's see if they show!
Hi we recently recieved quotes for our kitchen one of them being Zesta we were so impressed when they came out we nearly handed over a deposit on the spot thank god we didn't. We were recommended by a friend Prestige Kitchens and the quote came in $6000 cheaper I would shop around.
