We assumed that fridges are a standard height and didn't even consider the issue, but found that it is a couple of cms short. Luckily, thanks Andy, we measured when the kitchen guy was still there, and he seemed to think it would be easy to fix by trimming the cupboard and doors, but didn't mention cost and who pays. I would have thought kitchen guys would be aware of these things - do we really have to think of everything? I'd hate to discover it on moving day. So once again, thanks Andy and Homeone!! Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13838 Bigger the better for storage for me IMO. But I guess it's harder to tell the cost/benefit in your example - mainly the 'cost'? If you go 700mm, what are you doing extra… 2 1589 Hi, Can anyone give me approx. price for overhead cupboards. TIA 0 16626 |
