This would then hide your coffee machine and give you a symetrical kitchen design. Hope this makes sense. Thats a good idea radiuz - it would even things up nicely! They dont even need to be bi-fold - i've also seen people use those doors that open normally, then slide back into the sides of the cabinet - they're great. Elephantguy, I guess that it all depends how much of a feature that you want to make the rangehood/oven area... if you're going to use a dramatic splashback or one of those really stunning feature rangehoods, then i would definately try to make it symmetrical so that your eye is drawn to the centre of the wall where your feature is, but if you're going for that very cleanlined look where your rangehood and stove are going to blend in with the rest of the space, then don't worry about it too much!
