Absolutely fantastic customer service. There have been one or two faults and they've provided us with replacement pieces the following day no questions asked. If we were to ever build a kitchen again, it'd be with Kitset. As long as you get a cabinet maker to assemble it, you'll have no problems whatsoever. We are extremely pleased.
