Browse Forums Kitchen Corner 1 Jul 14, 2009 11:27 pm Our renovations are nearly finished 8 months later 5 months of cooking and living in a dining room with dinner options of slow cooker, microwave of take away. I broke my foot during the renos and couldnt weight bear on my foot for 8 weeks which was interesting to say the least with 3 kids under 6........so moving out to our kitchen today was like Christmas! It is so exciting when it's all said and done playing houses and deciding where to put all your kitchen stuff. I found it so hard choosing colours, matching things up, trying not to be too neutral, which tap to get, which benchtop, handles, rangehood etc etc, how will it all look together when it's done.......phew there's nothing i hate I think it all works ok I took these photos before the electrician installed lights above the island bench today, 3 small spotlights on a rod on the ceiling. It's probably the tidiest the kitchen is ever going to look so took the pics before it got messy Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: The kitchen is finally complete, sharing some pics 2Jul 14, 2009 11:38 pm Very nice!!
