Browse Forums Kitchen Corner 1 Jun 28, 2009 9:02 pm Hi All Can anyone suggest a reliable tradie to me. I am putting in a new kitchen and my breakfast bar sits on exposed bricks and unfortuantely due to the house being older and the new bench thicker than the existing I need a Reliable tradie that can knock the top row of bricks off and cut them back by so many mm and then put the bricks back on. Hopefully then when new bench is done it will sit flush as does the existing!!! Nervous about who I use as if they stuff it up I'll have a wobbly bench!!! Does anyone have anyone they have used and can recommend for this job????? Please help there are sleepless nights over this project.... Dustless diamond saw sounds as though it would do the job though ?! What are kerry packers??? Only Kerry packer I know doesn't sit around benchtops and is quite wealthy No offence on the kerry packer thing just feeling a little humourous tonight as renovating is giving me headaches and need a bit of a laugh here and there when I can! Should I just get a handyman to do this or is there someone better qualified to hire for this job? Would appreciate any further advice you can give.
