Re: Chippendale Kitchen Renovation 2009 4Jun 21, 2009 8:41 am Pantry space is the 5 wall cupboards along the wall above the sink, they are more than enough for our needs. The laundry used to be in the bathroom and we have had that completly stripped and renovated also at the same time, more pics to come with that soon Sean Re: Chippendale Kitchen Renovation 2009 5Jun 21, 2009 1:07 pm Spectacular! Hey - those power points, do they have switches? Or are they 'always on'? (I need to sort something out for our island bench, and have seen similar pp's without swtiches but thought the 'always on' nature of them could be a worry in the kitchen - so it will be music to my ears if they work well). Re: Chippendale Kitchen Renovation 2009 8Jun 22, 2009 3:12 pm The power points are the PDL Modena 800 Series, pretty pricey...... And yes they are 'always on'. There is a red LED indicator that lights up when an appliance is plugged in. Sean Re: Chippendale Kitchen Renovation 2009 9Jun 22, 2009 3:19 pm Wow! Love it! Very modern, very nice! Re: Chippendale Kitchen Renovation 2009 11Jun 24, 2009 7:20 pm Love the kitchen. However I am not so sure about the goldfish being kept in such a small bowl. Hopefully this is not a permanent situation as his life looks pretty miserable - no space, no greenery or anything to relieve the monotony and the water doesn't look too clear. Sorry, but I hate seeing a living creature kept like this just so he can provide a pretty design statement. Re: Chippendale Kitchen Renovation 2009 12Jun 25, 2009 7:10 am Rebekah - Yes the 60mm fascia was definately worth the extra cash, looks great being flush with the cabinetry! Neverfinished - I hardly think this is the forum to be making accusations of animal cruelty based on a blurry photograph. Your concerns are unfounded and actually quite insulting without knowing the reasons why a goldfish was being kept in a temporary home. I feel a PM would have been a wiser choice to voice such displeasure at the apparent sight of goldfish cruelty.....
