Browse Forums Kitchen Corner 1 May 07, 2007 8:53 pm Our search for benchtop colours has narrowed down to the above two- I wonder if anyone has used these for their benchtops? I will be having a black glass cooktop which will go very well with multicolour red benchtop.. as it has the speckles of grey- black in it. I am wondering what cabinet colour will go with these. The flooring will be beigey polished porcelain and splashback is clear glass non-openable window (side yard fence/vegetation visible). I am not too keen about white and ivory. How will savoy cherry in Parbury range go with these? Suggestions please! I shall try and post a photo of the samples once I figure out how to do it.

I managed to attach the samples all in one photo. I have randomly picked what I liked in the tile and granite and kitchen places but am finding it hard to put it together in order to match. looking forward to your feedback.

Ok…I’m going tell you how I see it, but I’m having a problem knowing what I see! 1) Your granite bench top (Large sample…pinkish with dark grey) is great. 2) The timber beside it to the left is very complementary. 3) Those gorgeous glass boarder tiles are perfect!! 4) Rang Hood???? Looks good also. 5) Black glass cook top….will blend well. 6) Porcelain floor tile is a perfect back drop for the colours you have chosen, a neutral coloured floor will always enhance and accentuate a colour scheme. All I can say is….you have done a great job on your selections for your kitchen. Well done!! Have fun, post a photo when you are in, this will be a very nice kitchen. We will all want to see the finished product! With a lot of indutries nowadays you need to precurser any advice with silly statements and Product disclosures.... I am sure it does not apply to you Michelle... I was merely poking fun at "another" new signature!! Matt Re: Multicolour red /Shivikasi granite benchtops anyone? 10May 08, 2007 9:50 pm Well it does…do you know how fast I can be dragged into court for recommending a tile that someone has slipped and broken their hip on. All because it was too slippery!!!
It’s just such a law suit population now!!! I know your only playing… but I like that you are noticing my changers!
