We are seriously thinking of getting a Nef Induction cooktop, I have only ever used a Gas Cooktop, however I like the idea of a flat surface (easy to clean) as well as the faster 'time to boil' and the cool to touch.
I am interested in hearing real life experiences on this type of cooking - good and bad - as well as the brand you selected and problems faced with your old cookware - working or not
