Browse Forums Kitchen Corner 1 May 29, 2009 8:41 am Hi, We are almost there with our homenow...less than 8 weeks to go. Once we get the handover, we need to get the flooring done. We were thinking of Porcelain Tiles as Kitchen flooring. After reading about the slippriness of those in wet areas, in this forum, I am having second thoughts. What could be the other options? Are ceramic tiles better than Natural stone or vice a versa? We are using "Blackbutt" pre finished Timber floor for our other areas. Any suggestions/recommendations are welcome. Thanks, Mohit Re: Options for Kitchen Floor 2May 29, 2009 7:23 pm uh oh...all our tiles are porcelain. The bathrooms and the kitchen and hallway. Re: Options for Kitchen Floor 4May 31, 2009 7:49 pm mohit, we don't HAVE the tiles yet but we have chosen and paid for them. the attachment is a pic of the tiles and walls the tile is on the bottom but it is not very clear. They are 60x 60 cms so big and shiny. They are polished. I love the colour it's neutral and goes with everything.
