Achieving a finish that matches your existing polyurethane with another product is a big ask. Melamine is manufactured specifically to make it very difficult for anything to stick to, so I wouldn't really consider painting the exisitng doors (if that is what you mean). There ARE paints that will work on melamine and laminates, but it is unlikely that they will come up looking like your poly doors. The best you can hope for is to take an existing coated door to a doormaker and get the profile reproduced and then try and get someone to match the paint - either the doormaker if they also paint them or a third party cabinet spray painter...you could also try a panel shop for the painting - but neither of these options is cheap.
