Browse Forums Kitchen Corner 1 Apr 01, 2009 10:44 am I would like a new fridge to be integrated into the cabinetry. I can tell you right now I will not be buying the Liebherr with it's 10k price tag. Any other fridges that can handle the door cabinet? I realize the cabinet needs extra ventiliation around and under the fridge. Re: Integrated fridges 2Apr 01, 2009 11:38 am Most Fisher & Paykel fridges can be integrated by using their integration kit. Electrolux also make pigeon pair integrated fridge & freezer. Miele also has integrated fridges (made by Liebherr by the way). Re: Integrated fridges 3Apr 01, 2009 6:25 pm McKinnon I would like a new fridge to be integrated into the cabinetry. Not sure where you are in Melbs but I happened to be in Preston/Fawkner today and wandered on in to the new-ish Clive Peeters in Gaffney Street and they've got a very impressive range of appliances including about 7 different intergrated fridge set ups -Liebherr, Electrolux and one other IIRC( cant;t remember for sure). They have a very VERY good selection of kitchen appliances (as well as mini bathroom fit outs and kitchen sinks too). Their prices are outrageous of course- typically $300 more for the average over as an example -than the what you'll find at The Good Guys ('cept they don't have the same kind of range as you know ). Check it out if you're up that way...it;s appliance heaven Re: Integrated fridges 4Apr 02, 2009 5:20 pm I have an old F&P that got integrated, we've purchased a vent to go to the bottom and the cabinet got a hole at the top, and after a year it's still going. Hate to think what's going to happen when it dies though. Oh I know, I'm going to buy F&P Cool Drawer 2 2531 |
