i am wanting to install stainless steel benchtops..i love stainless steel -that's its hygenic, stain and heat resistant..but have had a few friends that have had stainless stell splashbacks and benches and say that it was a nightmare to keep clean ie: finger prnts etc...but this was about 15yrs ago...i'm hoping they've made them fingerprint/stain resistant by now?

Not sure of the accuracy of this info, but if it was possible for cooktops, ovens, fridges, etc then I presume it's possible for benchtops.
