Here is a website I have been using to help me choose the product I want. Can't speak for the service/ product on this website though, I just use it as a reference. http://www.appliancesonline.com.au/c-229-boiling-chilled-filtered-taps.aspx Cheers Ruth Ruth -Bought house in Melbourne inner burbs, knocked it down & now...we are owner builders! Re: ZIP TAP 3Feb 16, 2009 12:16 pm We were tempted to get one, but we bought a fridge with the cold water and ice dispenser in it, and I don't even like cold water and thought there's nothing wrong with a nice trendy kettle so that saved us $3000. Re: ZIP TAP 5Feb 16, 2009 12:46 pm Have you looked into how much power they use?
On the website - the power draw is 1.5 kW - not sure if that's per minute/hour etc. As a guide - a dishwasher will use about 1 kW to run a cycle. After 4 years - we're in! Re: ZIP TAP 6Feb 16, 2009 1:03 pm Good point Stonecutter, please don't tell hubby though- I REALLY REALLY want one!!

Do you know of anyone installing this product in Sydney? 2 3592 that will depend on the kitchen bench depth. you'll have to specify it so it allows for both the tap and the sink 1 7392 7 5139 |
