Browse Forums Kitchen Corner Re: Show me your kitchen... 1981May 21, 2012 10:56 am Yea I'd been moaning about the kitchen for ages, finally bit the bullet and 40k later ... hardest bit was the stove as we wanted to fit a pantry in and there just wasn't that much space. Still isn't as much space around the cooktop as I would like but oh well... Definitely a big improvement and several lessons learnt! Re: Show me your kitchen... 1983May 27, 2012 10:14 pm Our kitchen has been installed. Its now covered in cardboard, but we managed to get some pics the day they were installing our benches. Can I ask what sink you have installed? It looks lovely. Hi the sink is the Afa Exact.. here is the link http://www.reece.com.au/bathrooms/products/afa-exact-792-under-inset-double-sink We opted for this as the cost for an under mount was $1200 more. It cost us $560 extra from standard. I hope it looks good when we are finished. Not sure about not having a drain board, its a whole new experience. Re: Show me your kitchen... 1989Jun 11, 2012 12:15 pm Cliffo, your kitchen is exactly what I am trying to achieve!!! Do you have a pic of the plans for it to explain to our draftsman by any chance? (and measurements would be super so I can see if it actually would fit... looks similar in size... is your island approx 3m long?) Also what colours have you used?? We are still throwing up two tone vs. all white but yours may just convince me white is the way to go! Island bench is bang on 3m long so we avoided any joins. Colours are: - Polytec classic white for doors and drawers - Ceaserstone White Shimmer benches - Decoglaze Cappuccino glass splashback behind cooktop and around side window - Formica Cappuccino two-tone under the island bench - Brushed aluminium kick panels All the best with the design. cliffo Re: Show me your kitchen... 1991Jun 22, 2012 10:22 am Just noticed this thread... great looking kitchens! Thanks for sharing, keep them coming. Re: Show me your kitchen... 1994Jun 26, 2012 5:27 pm I am just drooling over all your kitchens! They are just so noice! I'm still undecided about what my new kitchen should look like, but looking at your kitchens has given me some ideas. Btw, don't you have a hard time cleaning your white kitchens? :p Re: Show me your kitchen... 1996Jun 26, 2012 9:37 pm ^^ So does white vinegar and a microfibe cloth.
