When I started out the last thing I wanted was 'white on white' but me and my wife couldn't agree on any other colour combinations, in the end I'm happy with it. Off the top of my head edge of one counter to the other around 1.5m, doesn't sound like much but it is a big kitchen. Are each of your cupboard 50cm wide then? Are each of your cupboard 50cm wide then? Each cupboard is 48cm then there is a 5cm bit of blank boarder on the right there,so 149cm. From benchtop to benchtop it is 147cm as there is a cm of overhang with the stone. Re: Show me your kitchen... 2997Jan 22, 2016 1:57 am heatherkam Hi @belzey love your pendant lights, may I ask where you bought them from? I can't remember sorry but they are just tom Dixon replicas so you can pretty much get them from everywhere maybe try Oz lighting or light in the box just search tom Dixon replica copper pendant or something along those lines Re: Show me your kitchen... 2998Jan 22, 2016 2:24 am belzey Alexxdavid belzey [quote="Alexxdavid"] Hi Belzey, How much is the distance between the countertop and opposite bench? Re: Show me your kitchen... 3000Jan 22, 2016 1:02 pm Hi all. I was wondering if anyone has done, or seen, thick laminate panels for the ends of their island (as opposed to waterfall stone edges)? I am doing the off-White look but for something different was going to do polytec black wenge for island cabinetry with 8cm wide panels on the ends. But I never see anyone else doing this - could be a reason lol! Thanks mate. Yeah good points!
