Thanks K Re: Show me your kitchen... 1522Jul 14, 2011 6:28 pm Sir Snagger Apologies to anyone who might've read the last post that appeared to be from me and was offended in anyway. It was in fact a work colleague who jumped my PC while I was out on a job. Thanks to Stormy for a prompt removal! Damn the one day I dont check in and i miss something..... I'll bet I'm not the only one that wonders what the inappropriate post was???? Re: Show me your kitchen... 1523Jul 14, 2011 7:06 pm Sir Snagger building1 Sir Snagger Great idea there! He's just gone out to lunch and left it open for attack Buttons have been reversed, I've changed the language on our main program to Spanish and changed his keyboard to Canadian French - I'm sure there'll be a few buttons outta wack on that now As it turns out, Canadian French keyboards are the same as ours (well so far at least). Hope you find this post.... just wondering how you managed to buy 3 barstools? I have the exact same barstools and want 3 like you have (currently have 2), but they are only sold in lots of 2 and I really don't want to buy another 2 just to have 1 more So I'm hoping there is somewhere that sell them individually! I bought mine from SuperAmart! They sell them separately and looks like they're on sale for $80 at the minute. Think we paid about $60 each, because we bought them at the grand opening sale. Hope that helps! Re: Show me your kitchen... 1532Jul 17, 2011 6:21 pm I think that style are also sold by OfficeWorks. You might also check Dealsdirect.com.au as I've seen them there too. Hope this helps? Re: Show me your kitchen... 1534Jul 17, 2011 10:53 pm horaldo Nice looking kitchen and stools there...are they comfy? I mean how long could you sit there for? I don't mind them. They're soft, but the back support is the best part. At the perfect height! Of all the ones that I sat on before i bought these, they weren't as comfortable. Either hard as a rock, or missing the support. Anyone that we have over, always sits there chatting with me when I'm cooking or cleaning... Hope that helps! Ooooh thankyou thankyou! I will try there this week I bought mine from DealsDirect when they had free shipping on, and I've found a lot of the online stores, if not all, sell them in pairs which is frustrating! I hadn't seen this style in stores before so thought they were an online only deal - good to know they aren't so I will hunt "in person" now and stop looking online for one lone stool! P.S. ShelleyB, love your kitchen! Seems we have similar tastes (browns and creams and the white barstools! I also now have red knick knacks in there), though you pulled yours off much better than I!! I was on a very strict budget Here is my kitchen (posted earlier in the thread): http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee164/katie_ruby/HouseReno/DSC_0040.jpg http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee164/katie_ruby/HouseReno/DSC_0070.jpg Re: Show me your kitchen... 1536Jul 18, 2011 9:01 am we have the same stools but in brown, they are very comfy and yes, people plonk straight onto them and sit and chat while im in the kitchen getting them a drink and a piece of cake and then dont move from them so I have to stand on the other side of the breakfast bar chatting while they relax and eat and drink! I have found if I spread my legs apart as if I am about to the the splits I can stand there for a bit longer. I offer them the couch..and they go, no I am fine here.......................... Re: Show me your kitchen... 1537Jul 18, 2011 11:41 am So our kitchen is almost there - no appliances and no floor yet so I may have to update the piccies in a couple of weeks. But here it is Kitchen: You can just see the corner pantry on the LHS. The oven and rangehood will go on the right and the fridge will go in a spot just our of view.
