I am having 600 x 600 porcelain tiles on the floor.
I was thinking of cutting some and having 600 x 300 layed horizontaly for the splashback.
It would only be 2 tiles high then and I also may have a problem of having to fit a smaller piece for the height requirement between benchtops. unless I can find a feature tile to fill this space.
It is a long galley kitchen.
Would I be better off cutting them smaller in depth say 600 x 200 or 250and putting a border in or leaving the border.
Would it look funny having the same as floor tiles for the spashback.
I would most prob use the same through the rest of the house and have same tiles on wall in bathrooms.
Would this look too much?
Any opinions will be good.
