I don't want to do that and I think they messed up. For the cabinet makers out there is there anything you'd suggest for me to request as a fix as opposed to painting inner cabinets ? I don't think this job is acceptable. I can see the white inner cabinets through out all my cabinets. The drawer should simply be adjusted up so it sits level with the end panel. That way it would cover the white carcass edge. Personally I use a matching abs edging on my carcass so you don't have this issue. It's particularly important on dark or timber kitchens. It adds a tiny amount to the price but makes a difference to the overall look and prevents this issue. If the door and drawer gaps are correct size and properly adjusted even if you use white edging it shouldn't be overly noticeable but a simple matching of the edging will remove any issue.
