Whilst what Alex has said is great in a commercial kitchen where they have stations for everything a domestic kitchen has to blend practicalities of being a working kitchen along with limited space available and keeping the aesthetic. Once you move the sink off the island (which I always try to do as well) you are going to start to get pretty tight around that back wall. A couple of questions. What sort of ovens do you want wall or underbench? Is 900mm wide enough for your fridge space? What is the distance from the wine cabinet to the back wall, in other words the bench length down that wall. I can only see 2 possible layouts for you based on your responses I'll try and run you through them.
