Browse Forums Kitchen Corner Re: Ariston appliances?? 2Oct 09, 2008 7:07 pm We put an Ariston 80cm upright into our old kitchen, it was a good unit, had all the bells and whistles, as for longevity we only had it for 2 years and it never failed. It even had a rotisserie built into the oven! Re: Ariston appliances?? 3Oct 10, 2008 7:01 am I think I read in the Harvey Norman catalogue the other day that's it's the second highest manufactured kitchen appliance brand in Italy. I haven't actually used them so I couldn't tell you from personal experience though. Re: Ariston appliances?? 5Oct 10, 2008 6:16 pm Hi, This is Mr 'Dee'
I sell kitchen appliances for a living with Ariston being one of the brands available to us. It is considered a high end product in Europe (being the 3rd largest manufacturer). It has limited distribution in Australia, so is relatively unheard of. I would have no hesitation in recommending it and is considered a medium to premium product depending on which model you buy. In fact Mrs 'Dee' had Ariston cooking appliances in the last house she built (wall oven, gas cook top and r/hood) and was quite happy with them.
