We got a new kitchen with a wall of cabinets including the fridge & a wide pantry. These were shown as 700mm deep on the plans. Our cabinets were installed but only have a depth of 600mm so we have a void 100mm between back panel of cabinets & wall.
Is this normal? The cabinet maker says this is standard practice & the only reason they were at 700mm on plans was to accommodate the fridge depth.
We are disappointed with our pantry in particular as we were hoping for a nice deep 700 pantry.
