The 2 pac paint itself is fine as it's the same as car paint, so it's the board it's sprayed onto that is the bigger issue. If your cabinet maker is concerned get them to machine the doors out of the following material and then get them sprayed. I'd also build the carcass out of the same material. While some stones, like marble, are stunning, they are also prone to staining and fading over time.
