Our builder went bankrupt prior to finishing so all the cupboards had was the top shelf. We just started about 150-200mm from this shelf as the boys didn't require any long hanging. Cost was approx $400 for both cupboards. Some things are worth waiting for. There's a guy in Newcastle doing 30mm Quantum Quartz - Starlight White, 3040 x 520 x 30mm for $121. I'd love that. . . 30mm thick and so cheap. Wonder how many vanities that would do? I've found a couple of suppliers in Sydney, I'm going to give them a ring and see what they can do for me. I'm not too fussed about getting the same colour as the kitchen, just something white will do This is near me. I have a stone mason friend in Newcastle that I am going to visit when the house is finished. I need a piece of stone for the laundry Modified Fernside 38 Rawson Homes Blog: http://www.thehousethatmatandjenbuilt.blogspot.com Build Thread: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=60501 Re: DIY Pantry / Study / Linen / Laundry / ANYTHING Fitout 165Jan 30, 2013 3:45 pm good idea for the laundry jen i am going to use some of the night sky ceasarstone i have left over to put on a small lowline cabinet i am getting made for the family room Re: DIY Pantry / Study / Linen / Laundry / ANYTHING Fitout 166Jan 31, 2013 5:23 pm thanks for your ideas jodge and everyone i used some of them in the pantry and study Re: DIY Pantry / Study / Linen / Laundry / ANYTHING Fitout 171Feb 02, 2013 4:51 am Some great ideas but I would need to grow two foot higher to get the bags in the top of that bottle!! I like the mop holders too - although I would be scared if you closed the door too hard - otherwise you could just put them on the wall I suppose.
