As I am still lurking on the forum I can answer this. It is the Abey Quadrato double sink and it cost $1300. It looks good but it was not one of our best choices as the bowls are too small and the edges are sharp and hard to clean. I have even cut my hand when washing the accessory tray. For the money you would be better off buying larger bowl sinks. Our last sink was a 3 bowl Franke sink and it still looked good after 29 years. I doubt that this will be the case with this one. However, so I do not appear totally negative, I still love the tap and it was definitely one of the things I am pleased I picked. It is a vege sprayer (the end comes out) and there was a post recently saying that vege sprayer taps look too industrial. I don't think you could ever say that about this tap. Re: Show me your kitchen... 667May 28, 2010 4:43 pm I'm very excited to share my kitchen with you now!! Here are some before pics: as you can see perfectly adequate but NO DISHWASHER! Re: Show me your kitchen... 672May 28, 2010 6:24 pm This wins my fave kitchen at the moment Leni. Beautiful. Nifty idea about the microwave cupboard. The wall tiles are superb! Stunning and I absolutely love your floor tiles. Re: Show me your kitchen... 673May 28, 2010 6:44 pm leni We have done the Laundry too, This however was done on a much tigher budget of $1500! Built the Eden Brae Cambridge 34 Family with Boston Corner Facade Re: Show me your kitchen... 674May 28, 2010 7:08 pm I LOVE IT!!!! the tiles all over the walls look fab. Going to copy! shame about the fingerprints on the dishwasher...lets it down....(not) Re: Show me your kitchen... 675May 28, 2010 8:28 pm Thank you everyone for your kind words! We agonised for a long time over the splashback, asking here for advice as well. (Thanks for steering me down the 'keep it light" direction everyone! In the end DH stumbled across the tile, and we are really happy with it. We feel it complements the kitchen and bench (which is the star IMHO - the sparkles are gorgeous in real life, but very had to photograph) but it interesting in it's own right as well. It was also under $30sqm! I have sealed the grout today so hopefully it stays looking nice and fresh and clean. I really would have loved a metalic glass, but it was such a big area it was just too expensive... maybe in a couple of years if I get bored with the tiles. kiwi shame about the fingerprints on the dishwasher...lets it down....(not) I know about the fingerprints!!! I really should have more respect, since in essence this is a 26 grand dishwasher!! It was clean, but my Master 2 got to it this morning, and I didn't realise until after I loaded up the photos! You'll be glad to hear it is sparkling again now! Thankfully there are always Tim Tams Re: Show me your kitchen... 679May 29, 2010 9:38 pm hi, yes we do have a rangehood, but it only got installed today, along with some downlights. It is a curved glass and stainless canopy style. Camera battery needs charging, and then I'll post an updated pic! You all came to my aid (much to DH's despair) and whalla!!!! My pot finally arrived. It is lurrrrrrrvly...and great to cook with too. Justified the purchase to DH by pointing out that "all the best cooking shows use them so if I have one I can cook like them."
