Hi All,
We are building a new home and very close to handover. Just found out that the main entry door has a camber.
The door is warped from the top about 25mm starting about half height. Being so closed to handover, we are confused about the paperwork that is required to ensure that the builder rectifies this (before or after handover).
Should we delay handover until the door is rectified? Also, does this happen very often? We have paid $2000 for this door. Any tips?
