Browse Forums Finishing Touch 1 Aug 23, 2014 8:17 am Hi, I am after input for a true navy blue paint colour to use on my polyurethane kitchen cupboards, preferably Dulux , although it doesn't have to be. I had a sample made in Dulux passionate blue but it has turned out to be a bit bright , more like a royal blue. i would appreciate any input Re: Help with navy blue paint colour 2Aug 28, 2014 6:57 pm Hi Dulux have acolour called Navy Blue which might be what you afe after. Also consider Dulux Royal Battle or Dulux Domino its adark navy/black. If you google these paint colours you will see pics. Re: Help with navy blue paint colour 3Sep 01, 2014 5:04 pm Thanks for that information. I looked up the Dulux Navy Blue colour and see that it is part of Protective Coatings range. It looks like a colour that i am interested in, will my paint shop be able to use that as the tint for regular paint, ie not paint from the special Protective Coatings range? Has any one used this colour or any of the colour from this range for regular paint, if so is it true to the chip colour? Thankyou so much ๐ I've decided on White on white for doors and trims, White on white 50% on ceiling and Mt buller for walls. Fingers crossed it will look OK ๐ 2 7077 Iโm just in the process of replacing 2 stud walls that have been severely damaged by termites and am planning to use h2 blue pine.
