Browse Forums Finishing Touch 1 Oct 24, 2013 4:18 pm First time builder, who has ABSOLUTELY no idea what I'm doing!!! And the painter is waiting VERY patiently! Can I please 'paint' you a picture...? Our house is very Industrial. Cladded with Monument Colorbond with a feature of Mini Orb ran the opposite way. Our laundry, bathroom and kitchen cupboards are Cavia Lini Sheen with Blanco Marquina Gloss tops, and stainless steel kickboards. We have a TV Wall as a feature in our Living area which is in Polar White. We have NO IDEA what colour paint to do. Should we match the polar white or go something completely different as a contrast? We like a greyish colour such as Grey Pebble but will the house be 'too grey'? And should you have darker or lighter window arcs? Any input would be soooo greatly appreciated. Thanks so much in advance... I can upload photos if someone tells me how!!! Re: TOTALLY STUCK ON PAINT COLOURS - HELP 2Oct 24, 2013 8:21 pm Quickest / easiest way to add photos is to use the tapatalk app on an iPhone / ipad ( unsure if it is available on android ). You can alternatively use an image hosting service such as imageshack.us . You then place the link to the image inside img tags. Fiddly if you are a technophobe. Fingers crossed it will look OK 😀 2 3622 Go to an actual paint store, not bunnings. Dulux even have trade centers. Don't have to be a trade to but their paint. 1 14070 Thank you. That is really helpful. Once we get the place done and passed for OC we can upgrade in the future once we get back on our feet and not paying mortgage and rent. 4 3995 |
