Browse Forums Finishing Touch 1 Jun 19, 2013 10:16 pm Want to find a colour for the interior of my front door. Thought I could get some suggestions that others have used. My walls are dulux whisper white with trims vivid white. I don't want my door to be just white. My front door is on a separate level to the living room. You look down a stair case to the front door. Was thinking of going a double strength whisper white. Don't know whether to go cool or warm. The front door is on the south side of the place and flooring at the entrance is terra cotta tile. Suggestions? Cheers Re: Front door colour 3Jul 13, 2013 12:31 pm Sambogirl81 Have you considered having it as stained timber? Agree. Many go for for red cedar which is popular. For something different I'm going for Cabot's Ebony which is much darker. I'll be using the same stain for interior feature doors as well.
