I have found out that the previous owners used dulux super enamel semi-gloss on the inside doors, architraves and skirtings and dulux super enamel high gloss on the pantry. Can i paint with a low sheen straight over the high gloss or do i have to sand it back?? Also, there are some walls that are suede effect.
