Browse Forums Finishing Touch 1 May 08, 2012 1:29 pm So we are down to 2 colours - limed white 1/4 or Male 1/4 we have high ceilings and want to keep it neutral so we can use colour in the furnishings. Anyone used these colours? Next is our carpet choice, not sure if charcoal colour would suit or go with a more brown tone. We definately want to go a darker colour as we have 2 dogs and the carpet will be in high traffic areas including stairs. Any suggestions or photo's would be appreciated Re: Carpet Colour to Match Dulux Limed White or Dulux Male 2May 08, 2012 6:34 pm Both colours you are looking at are very neutral, so you have a blank canvas to work with. This carpet is stair rated and will wear best. When choosing carpet colours you need to look at more than just your paint colours. 1) What furniture you have or will be getting. 2) What colour tiles the carpet will butting up with.
