Browse Forums Finishing Touch 1 Jul 03, 2011 8:09 am I am a bit bamboozled. We have chosen Pebble Bay (Taubmans) as the main wall colour(as we don't want cream, apricot or pink), to give a nice contrast against the white ceiling and trims. Yesterday we painted a few samples on the walls of colours I thought would match as feature colours, but did not have much luck. We tried Weathered Stone, Kenyan Stone, Zelda and Beaver Creek (all taubmans, as I like th eir colours/brochures the most). We are using Wattyl paint as bases. I'm wondering if we should just go a shade or two darker than pebble bay as a feature wall in most rooms. We were thinking of doing a dark colour behind the tv, and possibly in the main bedroom, and keeping colours neutral so we can add colour with accessories etc. My main problem is I can't for the life of me find a complete set of shades alongside pebble bay, their website is too hard to use. Anyone help with colours just a tad darker but in same shade as pebble bay? And any suggestions for darker colours for bedroom/tv room? Hope you can help. Re: Help with colour choices 2Jul 09, 2011 9:17 am Well, we went with pebble bay, which is looking good, and then beaver creek for 2 feature walls, and stone grey for the tv wall.
