I'm nearing the end of a major Reno (will post pics ASAP) and we are trying to decide if we should use water or oil based paint for skirting, door, window frames and doors. Colour will be white on white so I am mindful of finger prints on doors etc. Any suggestions? I'm leaning towards water based...
